We are certified to give you a FREE Home Inspection which are used to give a report of house's visual inspection in different areas for SELLING the house. Use same parameters of a regular Home Inspection. It WON'T replace a Regular Home Inspection. Home Owners will have the opportunity of improving homes from Home Inspector's point of view. All that need to be repaired, replaced, removed or improved will be price so the Owners can prioritize the evaluated areas in 3 different categories GREEN, YELLOW and RED ZONE. We will be glad to schedule the work to improve your home. You have NO obligation of giving us the work BUT the STRONG intention of doing the work. FREE Home Inspection are scheduled to last an hour.
